Born and raised in New York, but after 23 years in North Carolina… I guess NC officially won. These days Cary is home, and since I've now lived here longer than NY, I suppose I'm allowed to say "y'all." Partner with NorthPost Fence and also co-own Storm Guard Roofing and Construction Apex Cary alongside my husband. I'm passionate about building businesses centered around relationships, integrity, communication, and community while helping homeowners feel confident about the people they trust with their homes. Outside of work, I'm a wife, mom, dog mom to a Frenchie who runs the house, and usually found on a football field cheering on my son or somewhere on a beach during the summer. I'm also the founder of the SHE Safe Home Network, a women-focused community built around safety, support, and trusted relationships within the home services industry. A little New York grit, a lot of North Carolina hospitality, and a passion for building strong businesses and even stronger relationships.

Stephen Lynn

VP of Production

Stephen Lynn brings more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, exterior remodeling, and production management to NorthPost Fence. Throughout his career, Stephen has led large-scale residential projects, managed production teams, and worked closely with homeowners to ensure projects are completed with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. His background includes extensive experience in siding, roofing, windows, decks, porches, and exterior construction management. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs. When he's not on a jobsite, you'll likely find him relaxing at the beach, cruising the Intracoastal Waterway around Atlantic Beach and Morehead City, or cuttin' up with friends. Stephen values strong relationships, honest communication, and takes pride in helping homeowners create outdoor spaces they can truly enjoy.

A proud Apex native, I spent 28 years owning and operating Triangle Collision, building a reputation for quality work and trusted service in the automotive industry. Outside of work, I've been deeply rooted in the community as a youth football coach in Apex for over a decade and currently coach at Felton Grove High School — because investing in the next generation is just as important to me as the work I do every day. After a brief retirement, I decided to come back and join lifelong friends in the home services industry, bringing that same commitment to quality and community with me. And if I'm being honest, the wife's honey-do list had a little something to do with it too!

Chris Cohen

Chris Cohen is a true North Carolina native, born and raised in Cary. A graduate of Apex High School and East Carolina University, Chris has spent his life building strong roots across the state he proudly calls home. When he's not working, you'll likely find him outdoors or somewhere along the NC coast, spending time fishing in Atlantic Beach and Morehead City. Chris is a devoted husband and proud father who enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering on his son's youth football team in Apex. As a partner at NorthPost Fence and co-owner of Storm Guard Exterior Confidence for over 13 years, he brings years of hands-on construction experience, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping homeowners enhance their outdoor spaces. One of the things Chris enjoys most is seeing the expression on homeowners' faces when a project is complete and hearing how happy they are with the finished product. He believes every project should be built with quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and pride in the final result.
